Manipal College of Medical Science (MCOMS) in Nepal is in collaboration with the Government of Nepal. Established in 1994, the Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara is affiliated to Kathmandu University.

The institute, located at Pokhara, Nepal is recognised, across the world, for its high standards of excellence. This is enabled by the world-class facilities available in campus, including a specialty teaching hospital. It's no wonder that the college is listed in the 7th edition of the WHO Directory of Medical Schools and the International Medical Education Directory of Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) which holds the United States Medical Licensing Exam. MCOMS has also been accorded recognition by the Nepal, Sri Lankan, Bangladesh, Mauritius and the Indian Medical Councils, besides the California Medical Board, USA (for original residents of California, USA).

Manipal's campus in Malaysia is a result of a twinning program that has been developed by JVMC Corporation Sdn. Bhd., in association with Manipal University. JVMC Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is a company specifically established for the purpose of providing professional medical education in Malaysia, with the aim of making this program a centre of excellence.

The medical program in Malaysia is conducted at the Melaka General Hospital (800 beds) Tangkak Hospital (86 beds) and Community Health Centres in Melaka which have specialist teaching and clinical facilities.

The Melaka campus is located on a 15 acre layout, which houses the administration building, lecture halls, library, laboratory complex, auditorium student hostels, faculty housing and sports amenities. The campus is a convenient five-minute walk from Melaka General Hospital.

Manipal University set up its branch campus in Dubai in September 2003 and currently it has close to 1000 students on its rolls in various programs.

This institution is in collaboration with ETA Network of Education and Training and is located in the Knowledge Village, Tecom Zone within the premises of Dubai Internet City & Dubai Media City. It offers its students Bachelors Degree Programs and Masters Degree Programs. The Academic Regulations and Education process of Manipal University-Dubai Campus is identical to the one at Manipal University-Manipal, India.
