Universal Learning is the Group’s endeavour into distance
learning. This encompasses Continuing learning, learning services
and development of projects to enable the dissemination of
education. Learning resources, short-term courses and technological
initiatives are conducted through Sikkim Manipal University
and Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
- Manipal U has close to 70,000 students
- Students can access its programmes through 500 learning
centers across India
- Enabled via Satellite and Internet technology
- 51 courses offered in 7 domains including Information
Technology, Management, Allied Health, Accounting, Teaching
Technology among others…
- Manipal’s Distance Education is disseminated through
300 VSAT terminals, the largest national network.
